Crafts with the Company of Artisans

In the Middle Ages, skilled tilers travelled the country working in manor houses, castles and churches.

This summer, the Company of Artisans are visiting Alnwick Castle to teach plaster cast work, scriptorium (illuminated manuscript), soap making, medieval tiles - giving you the opportunity to experience hands-on history with some of the best artisans in the country!

This event is free with admission and will take place in Knight's Quest. Activities may vary.
