Wellington's Redcoats will be setting up a full and authentic military camp in the Castle grounds, providing a fascinating insight into how the soldiers and camp followers lived during this colourful period of history. Visitors will be treated to displays of live musket firing, marching and drill, cooking and other aspects of camp life. A recruitment officer will be scouring the crowds for new recruits so visitors, beware!
