Film Tour Guide
Bring Alnwick Castle's on-screen moments to life and deliver ‘On Location’ tours as a part of our Guides team. Using strong communication skills and a passion for film and television to engage visitors during their visit.
You’ll lead engaging Film tours, sharing stories from Harry Potter, Downton Abbey and other productions filmed at Alnwick Castle. Alongside delivering excellent visitor experiences, you’ll support the team in the State Rooms and Great Kitchen, helping to manage entry, queues and visitor flow.
Admissions Assistant
As a member of our Admissions team, You’ll be the first and last point of contact for guests. Helping to create a warm, memorable welcome for every visitor to Alnwick Castle while offering clear information about our tickets, events and facilities.
The role includes selling and checking admission tickets, supporting visitor enquiries, and helping ensure the site is ready to open each day. As well as providing excellent customer service to visitors, so that they have a positive experience through your friendly, helpful and efficient responses.
