Admissions Assistant

As a member of our Admissions team, You’ll be the first and last point of contact for guests. Helping to create a warm, memorable welcome for every visitor to Alnwick Castle while offering clear information about our tickets, events and facilities.

The role includes selling and checking admission tickets, supporting visitor enquiries, and helping ensure the site is ready to open each day. As well as providing excellent customer service to visitors, so that they have a positive experience through your friendly, helpful and efficient responses.
