Displays and Demonstrations take place at 11am, 1pm, & 3pm.
Join our smartly dressed 19th century falconers as they recreate the traditional art of falconry within the castle grounds. Watch spectacular hawks and falcons in flight and learn how this traditional country sport was not only used to entertain Britain’s nobility, but also how the game caught was processed by the kitchens.
